Research and Development Knowledge Management (R&D KM) is a strategic department that supports CEMASTEA’s core mandate “To provide continuous professional development of teachers in STEM education”. Accordingly, activities of R&D KM are expected to contribute to a dynamic INSET and classroom practices that ensure effective teaching and learning.

To serve as an open and flexible department that informs and facilitates the provision of information to drive continuous professional development of teachers.
QUALITY OBJECTIVES:
- To provide training evaluation data and feedback about training conducted by CEMASTEA in a timely manner
- To conduct one research within a period of two years that is relevant to professional of development of mathematics and science teachers
